Epilarea cu zahar

Dupa parerea mea cea mai eficienta metoda de epilare este cu ceara, dar nu intotdeauna avem fonduri sa mergem la salon, nu intodeauna gasim ceara de buna calitate sau se imprastie peste tot si este foarte greu de scos. Asa ca am facut cateva cautari pe internet dupa reteta de ceara facuta din zahar si m-am apucat de treaba. Ca textura, cand este calda, seamana cu mierea, iar ca mod de folosire, cred eu ca cel mai ok este sa folositi fasii de material textil (sau fasii de hartie din aceea pentru epilare cu ceara de unica folosinta) pe care, dupa folosire, le puteti spala si folosi data viitoare. Am citit ca este mult mai buna decat ceara obisnuita, dar eu inca nu am apucat sa o folosesc pentru ca inca mai trebuie sa ma imbarbatez putin pentru a reusi sa ma epilez singura cu ceara.Angry face

Reteta pentru ceara este simpla:
~un sfer de cana de apa;
~un sfert de cana de suc de lamaie;
~doua cani de zahar;

Se pun toate la fiert pe foc mic si se lasa cam vreo 10 min, dupa care amestecati usor pentru a se dizolva tot zaharul, si se lasa in continuare la fiert pana isi schimba culoare si consistenta. Rezultatul final trebuie sa aibe consistenta mierii.

Later Edit:   Mi-am luat inima in dinti si m-am epilat pe maini si a mers surprinzator de bine. S-a epilat la fel de frumos ca si cu ceara de unica folosinta doar ca doare mai putin si nu trebuie sa fie foarte fierbinte (doar calduta).
Mentionez ca parul trebuie sa fie destul de lung ca sa fie smuls, iar inainte de a aplica ceara va puteti da cu putina pudra de talc, desi la mine nu s-a vazut diferenta daca am folosit sau nu pudra.

Inca doua bentite

Ieri mi-am facut de lucru cu niste panglica turcoaz si niste elastic. Cea turcoaz am facut-o ca pe celelalte de pana acum, dar cea din elastic nu este cusuta. Am rasucit-o in doua (metoda invatata de la un prieten) si i-am facut nod unde am zis ca e destul de stransa, dupa care nodul l-am bagat prin celalalt capat. Va rog sa ma scuzati pentru calitatea primei poze, mi s-au terminat baterii din aparat si am facut poza cu telefonul).

Conservanti naturali cauzeaca cancer 100% natural

Se pare ca din magazinele noastre au disparut cu desavarsire conservantii chimici. Toti conservantii din produsele de pe rafturile magazinelor sunt 100% naturali, iar multe dintre produse nici nu mai contin asa ceva. Am ajuns sa avem numai produse “naturale” si “sanatoase” si totusi cifrele ne arata din ce in ce mai multe imbolnaviri cu cancer, alergii si intolerante. Onion News a gasit insa raspunsul la aceasta dilema si ne explica ca ingredientele 100% naturale cauzeaza cancer 100% natural.

Aceasta stire “falsa” ne arata destul de bine ridiculitatea anumitor situatii si scenarii, atragandu-ne atentia ca nu suntem foarte departe de un astfel de anunt. Pana la urma, reclamele au o libertate mare in a “modela” realitatea, iar puterea industriei alimentare nu este neglijabila. Iar “stirea” critica exact cateva produse care sunt considerate sanatoase de catre marea masa a consumatorilor.

Mustar de Casa


Cum de ceva timp incerc sa imi fac dulciurile, sosurile, s.a. in casa...fara sa le mai compar de la magazin, mi-am zis sa incerc sa fac si mustar.
Am cautat pe internet cateva retete si am cam improvizat. Eu am facut un mustar simplu de tip Dijon.
Ingrediente:
~50g boabe de mustar;
~50ml otet (de mere sau de vin);
~50ml vin alb;
~putina sare, piper, zahar (acestea se pun dupa gust, eu nu am pus zahar ca nu imi place mustarul dulce, si in general mancarurile dulci-sarate);
Mai intai boabele de mustar se rasnesc in rasnita de cafea sau intr-un robot de bucatarie pana devin ca un fel de faina. Dupa se amesteca otetul cu vinul si condimentele si se adauga fainii de mustar. Se amesteca bine pana devine pastos (faina de mustar absoabe lichide, asa ca nu va ingrijorati daca la inceput e putin cam lichid). Puteti sa mai adaugati vin daca doriti sa fie mai lichid. Puteti sa adaugati cam orice condiment dupa preferinta, dar sa stiti ca iese o pasta foarte picanta, dar din cate am citit cu cat o lasati mai mult cu atat gustul devine mai fin si mai putin picant.

Niste catelusi isi cauta un nou camin




Acum cateva saptamani tata mi-a zis ca la el la munca si-au facut aparitia niste catei micuti. M-am gandit ca poate ar dosi cineva sa le ofere cateilor un camin si multa multa dragoste.

Scrub cu Cafea - partea 2

Primul scrub facut de mine acum ceva timp a iesit foarte ok, am fost foarte multumita de el, asa ca mi-am mai facut unul. Pe celalat l-am facut din necesitate, am o mare problema cu pielea, in special pe picioare, dupa epilat.
De data asta nu am mai pus scortisoara, dar am pus miere si ceva mai multa cafea. L-am incercat si exfoliaza foarte frumos, ramanand pielea putin uleioasa de la uleiul de masline dar intra repede in piele. Cu alte cuvinte exfoliaza si hidrateaza.

Pe multe site-uri si bloguri se tot spune cum produsele cosmetice actuale sunt toxice, se tot spune despre parabeni, substante rezultate dupa prelucrarea petrolului si multe multe altele. Nu vreau sa fac o alta campanie impotriva acestor lucruri care, fie ca vrem, fie ca nu vrem, sau mai bine spus fie ca stim, fie ca nu stim, ne inconjoara. Regim disociat - download

Cum multa lume stie multi copii din ziua de azi sunt supraponderali sau chiar obezi. Si eu am avut problema greutatii cand eram mai mica, asa ca am apelat la un medic nutritionist care mi-a spus sa tin acest regim disociat. Pentru mine a fost foarte eficient, iar dupa perioada de acomodare la o alimentatie mai putin nociva mi-a fost chiar usor si am slabit destul de mult ca sa ma pot considera multumita (am ajuns la o greutate care e ok pentru inaltimea mea...dupa cum se spune).

Citisem despre aceasta ploaie de meteori acum cateva zile pe blogul Lilianei , si fiindca este vacanta nu prea tin minte exact in ce zi suntem, am avut norocul ca in noaptea dintre 13 si 14 august sa fac o noapte alba alaturi de cativa prieteni. Ne-am plimbat prin oras putin, pana am ajuns la parc unde mi-am adus aminte de ploaie. Ne-am intepenit putin gaturile uitandu-ne dupa stele cazatoare, dar nu prea se vedeau din cauza copacilor, si pentru ca orasul este destul de luminat, in special in perioasa asta a anului. Dupa ce ne-am plictitsit de parc am zis sa mergem pe plaja sa stam pe sezloange, sa ne bagam putin picioarele in apa si poate sa prindem rasaritul (pe care nu l-am prins ca mai repede ne-a prins frigul si pe la 4 jumate am taiat-o spre casa). Dupa o mica balaceala in mare, care era inca calda pe la 2-3, ne-am intis frumos pe sezloange si am inceput iar sa cautam cerul de stele cazatoare. S-au vazut cateva, desi era cam multa lumina, dar foarte frumos. Sper ca la anu sa fiu undeva unde nu e atata lumina sa pot vedea mai bine acest fenomen. Inca se mai vad meteorii pana pe 24 august asa ca va invit sa priviti si voi cerul pe timp de noapte.

Limonada

Cu ocazia caldurilor pe care suntem nevoiti sa le suportam intr-un fel sau altul, m-am gandit sa facem o bautura racoritoare si anume limonada. Reteta de limonada am luat-o de pe site-ul Simplyrecipes.com, doar ca am pus mult mai multa apa (adica au iesit cam 3 litri de limonada).
Dar aceasta limonada nu am vrut sa o servim simpla, desi e foarte buna si asa. Pe langa bautura propriu-zisa am mai facut si 2 siropuri dupa reteta de pe site-ul www.realsimple.com: unul de menta si unu de busuioc.
Au iesit fooaarte bune si racoritoare.
Retete si variatii sunt o multime pe net.

Oreos - Varianta facuta acasa

Aseara, din plictiseala extrema, eu si mama mea ne-am hotarat sa facem acesti biscuiti pe care pusesem ochii de ceva vreme, nu numai ca arata delicios, ci si pentru ca au foarte mult cacao Angry face. Fiind prima oara cand am facut astfel de biscuiti, din pacate prima transa ni s-au cam ars, dar noroc ca au iesit destul de multi.

Ce va sfatuiesc daca doriti sa faceti si voi astfel de biscuiti:
1) Puteti pune mai putin zahar in aluat (cam o cana, in reteta spune o cana-o cana si jumatate).
2)Daca nu va place atat de mult cacao puteti pune linistiti mai putin.
3)Crema o puteti face dupa gust (noi asa am facut-o deoarece noua ni se parea ca se pune prea mult zahar ).
4) Daca cuptorul este preincalzit lasati biscuitii cam vreo 6 minute, nu 9, iar pe partea cealalta cam 2-3, ca sa nu se arda.
5) Dupa ce le terminati, lasati-le in frigider sa se intareasca crema.
As fi vrut sa gasesc o reteta de crema de vanilie in care sa folosesc mai putin unt, daca aveti propuneri va rog lasati un comment :D.
Biscuitii se savureaza cel mai bine cu o cana de lapte.

Sare de baie cu aroma de portocale

Sarea am facut-o odata cu bombele de baie, doar ca nu am postat-o deoarece poza nu e foarte clara, fiind facuta cu telefonul.
Contine sare de mare, ulei esential de portocale, ulei de masline, coloranti alimentari.
